Hey all! Here are the tasks recap of the August 2007 Meeting.
All:
-Source out and establish relationships with accountability partners.
-Pray and think about the Drama/Theater Ministry.
-Bring easy-to-ship items like DVDs and CDs to sell.
Finance Team:
-Send Jessica a budget for birthday cards.
-Establish a budget for clipboards for the Welcome Cards.
Akiko:
-Powerpoint Slideshow for Aug 31st.
-Mixed Group Questions for Aug 24th.
Daniel J:
-Approach Daniel P. about ICF North support the Parkins.
Daniel P:
-Aid Akiko in formulating questions for Mixed Groups on 24th Aug.
-Send out the Accountability material to the ICF North Leadership team.
-Help BBQ on Aug 31st.
Emiko:
-Prepare to lead September Meeting on the 8th.
Jessica:
-Update everyone on the Welcome Party, September Retreat/Meeting.
-Build up alumni database.
Tim C:
-Shrink the Welcome Cards to half a page.
Yama:
- Send out Accountability pamphlet as attachment in and email to the team.
Wichit:
-Buy meat, corn and such for ICF Welcome Party on 31st Aug

I am learning how to post into this blog.
Now it is working. Hope that Dan and help me when I do BBQ. I will also buy water melon for that evening too. How much should I buy the meat and chicken?
I am glad that to have you guys on this team. may the lord reward you all with the lve that you have for Him.
I will definitely help with the BBQ! Maybe we shouldn't spend so much on chicken unless you think it is worth it...just cooked some great carne asada tonight that might be fun for people to try too! Let me know!
